Some of which are new and exciting additional to Dolphin, such as Search Engine Optimization, Multimedia Presentations, Stationery Design etc. These new additional to Dolphin allow us to truly become a one stop shop for businesses of any size to have their business branding created to perfection at the same time. This clean and sleek looking website provides more than just product outline. It also provides the opportunity for customers to sign up for FREE web health check, which in a long run is a cost saving exercise to benefit the customers. As the web health check allows our professionals to make sure all registered customers’ website stays compatible with the constantly updating web browsers, website functionalities streamlining etc.

Along with the launch of our new website, Dolphin has also implemented a “Keep in Touch” program. Our monthly newsletter is the first feature of this program; the aim is to keep you up to date with our product and services update, any special offers or discount. Our Sales team will also be proactively contacting you to keep in touch and assist you with any queries you may have with our products and services.

To further streamline our services to you, we have introduced the “Lodge a Ticket” feature on our website, which can be found on the top banner of our website, across all pages. This feature allows you to log any technical issue that you experience with our products or services, view the up to date status of the reported issue whenever suits you. Each ticket you lodge will be issued a unique Ticket number. You will have the freedom of review all job tickets lodged by you for cross reference and productivity analysis.

To complement our new changes and improvement in 2008, we are giving a discount for any customer who wishes to annualize their bill and pay within 60 days from invoice date. The customer will be getting one month service for FREE at the end of the annualized period.
